Big Brother 8 UK – The Final Week Approaches Who Will You Vote Out?
Well, this years Big Brother UK has been a bit of an odd one hasn't it. So far we've seen the show kick off with a house full of women, and no sign of a male housemate until poor old Ziggy was thrown in at the deep end! I personally thought that was the shows weakest ever twist and vowed not to watch again until more males were added. That's not just because I wanted some male eye candy in there (honestly!) but more to do with the fact that the girls were just so damn annoying on their own!
We saw Emily thrown out for using a racial term, Charlie throw tantrum after tantrum, generally annoy the whole house then get voted out for ‘Fake Week' only to be put back in again half an hour later. This coupled with the seriously annoying on off relationship between Channelle (Posh wannabe) and Ziggy (Boyband failure) meant that I found myself constantly questioning why I was even watching this rubbish anymore! Well, those of you who are wondering the same thing but still find yourself strangely addicted to the show will be pleased to know that it is the final week next week! Who do you think should leave, and who do you want to win?
Are any of them in there this year actually interesting enough to win is probably a more realistic question! Personally I'm sick of hearing how Carole ‘should' win because she NEEDS the money, and she deserves it etc. I totally disagree! Carole has done nothing but moan and cause trouble in the house and she's obviously got a rather unhealthy obsession with food and cleaning. Apples under the bed, secret biscuit supplies - very sneaky! Did anyone notice on one of the tasks where they showed some footage of her house how messy it was though?
Only Ziggy had the guts to say something along the lines of ‘Remind me of this moment when you next ask us to do some cleaning in here' I'm surprised it hasn't been thrown back in her face far more often to be honest. I know she's the oldest in there, and like anyone else I have great respect for my elders but for goodness sake the woman acts like a child! The whole "I don't want to talk to you anymore" or "I'm never talking to you again" thing she does, reminds me of playground fights when I was younger and maybe that's what BB has resorted to for its show now. I am warming to Ziggy in a strange way, I feel quite ashamed of myself for admitting this though as I was one of the first people to point the finger of blame when Channelle walked out of the house because of their relationship. I have honestly seen a different side to him recently, and think he is quite possibly a genuinely nice guy. Is it just me, or has Liam seemed to get more big headed lately?
After he won the £100,000 in that task he seemed to begin to change (or maybe it was his real personality coming out) and he just comes across as arrogant on a daily basis. Brian is a hot favourite for lots of the public from what I hear, and whilst I don't have anything against the guy as such I just think he's a bit well, how do I phrase this nicely? Dull? Sorry. Also his crush on Amanda was just car crash TV wasn't it, anyone could tell she just wanted to be friends but I felt sorry for him when she told him, he took it on the chin and was cool with her which was really sweet. For entertainment value this year I think I'd like to see Ziggy or the Twins win the show. If Carole wins I think it's going to ruin the whole purpose of Big Brother. As Davina said last week, it's not a charity show, it's an entertainment show! A couple of rumours flying around are that this could either be the last Big Brother ever or that they are planning a huge final Big Brother show in a year or two that will see ALL the past winners compete against eachother for a £1million prize. That would be pretty interesting don't you think? What I'd like to find out from you guys now is, who is still watching it, your thoughts and opinions on this years show overall so far and who YOU want to win and why. Hit reply to get involved!

Thanks for the comment
Thanks for the comment Shazzz, yeah I agree Jonty is definately being himself in all his strange glory! Although the bathroom scene was a little scary!! hehe.
*BREAKING NEWS*
The Sun newspaper has just reported that Channelle re entered the house last night! The twist? She was only in there 15 mins as a task for Carole and Ziggy! Ziggy was gobsmacked when he realised who it was and apparently Channelle has told him she wants to give their relationship another go. We should get to see this on TV tonight on the C4 show I think...
I agree with waht you say
I agree with waht you say Rebecca. There is no way that Carole can win this show. I am sorry I think that she has been very manipulitive. She has made herself Queen of the kitches so much that people are scared to go near it. Got them thinking that she needs the mmoeny and then when they answer back she uses tears to make them stop questionning her. This woman can not win.
I think the twins and Brian are kind of the same, they know what they are doing. Ziggy and Jonty are the ones I think are pretty much OK... Although if were talking genuine people I would say Jonty was the only one being himself in there
